For times when there are no guided tours by docents, MWOA has created a Self-Guided Tour Brochure for Mt. Wilson Observatory. This brochure explains the Observatory and its work. It also tells the visitor what is available to see, and gives directions and a map. Copies of this brochure are available free at the museum at the Observatory. A version can also be downloaded here.
